YOUR PRIVATE RIBBLESDALE PARK ACCOUNT
All your expenses will be charged to this account, you will be billed annually and quarterly. We have the right to increase the charges & services set out below.
ANNUAL SITE FEES
Payable in advance 1st January each year.
LODGES – £2,500.00 + VAT + RPI
You will be given 28 Days’ notice of an increase in site fees. Site fees will normally increase in line with the cost of living inflation.
Site fees are renewed annually and you will be notified by 1st December of each year for the following year. Site fees are added to your Ribblesdale Park Account. Ribblesdale Park commits to the BH&HPA Code of Practice policy for reviewing annual site fees.
Site Fees are not refundable, returnable, or transferable save as provided for in the Agreement to Purchase a Lodge/Site Licence. Failure by you to pay the Site Fees by the due date may be treated as a breach of the Site Licence.
£800 approx per lodge per annum – Calculated using Regulation 4 notice multiplied by the prevailing rate of 48p divided by number of privately owned lodges. This amount is payable each year on demand.
ALARM WARRANTY COVER
This is an annual charge to cover the warranty of the Alarm system & is payable by all clients
ELECTRICITY – METER SUPPLY
Metered electricity is charged at the daily rate recommended by the electricity supplier, plus a quarterly Admin Charge of £10. Electricity charges are billed to your Ribblesdale Park Account and are payable on receipt.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: INSURANCE
You must insure your Lodge against fire & storm damage and third party liability. Ribblesdale Park can provide suitable cover. For more information contact the Office.
PIPED GAS – METER SUPPLY
Gas charges are billed to your Ribblesdale Park Account. All billings are charged to your Ribblesdale Park Account and are payable on rendering of account quarterly.
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS
Full Time Ribblesdale Park Maintenance Team Most types of repairs can be arranged – please ask the Park Owner for further details. Replacement items of equipment can also usually be arranged.

SAFETY AND TESTING

The above charges will be reviewed annually for the forthcoming season and owners will be notified accordingly.
An interest charge of 4% per month is added monthly to all accounts where there is an outstanding balance older than the one complete month. We reserve the right to alter the interest charges after giving two months’ notice to the owner.
